<![CDATA[ABSTRAKEconomic development is an important issue in the economy of a country that has become an agenda every year. One of the main requirements for GRDP is the investment and human resources criteria that are seen from the amount and quality of the workforce. This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of investment and labor to GRDP in East Java. The design of this study is a causal study using a quantitative approach. The data used in this study comes from secondary data related to investment data, labor, and also economic growth in East Java Province. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Investment does not affect the GRDP in East Java; (2) Labor affects the GRDP of Economic Growth in East Java. Therefore, in an effort to increase economic growth, the way that can be done is to increase people's income through investment and create employment for the working age population. Keywords: Investment, Labor, Economic Growth]]>
