One of the main requirements for GRDP is the investment and human resources criteria that are seen from the amount and quality of the workforce. This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of investment and labor to GRDP in East Java. The design of this study is a causal study using a quantitative approach. The data used in this study comes from secondary data related to investment data, labor, and also economic growth in East Java Province. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Investment does not affect the GRDP in East Java; (2) Labor affects the GRDP of Economic Growth in East Java. Therefore, in an effort to increase economic growth, the way that can be done is to increase people's income through investment and create employment for the working age population. Keywords: Investment, Labor, Economic Growth

Abstract

The 2019-2020 Corona virus pandemic (Covid-19) is the 2019 corona virus spread throughout the world. The Covid-19 outbreak was first detected in Wuhan City, China in December 2019, and was designated as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. The Covid-19 outbreak resulted in Indonesia, the spread of the Corona virus not only disrupted human health, this virus also disturbs the health of the economy throughout the world.Indonesia's economic growth is expected to fall to 2.3 percent, even reaching negative 0.4 percent. The rupiah is currently touching Rp. 16,000, and has an impact on the wheels of the economy in Indonesia. Many residents of the city of Mojokerto are starting to struggle economically, buying daily necessities, is this the people's purchasing power? Public purchasing power is usually associated with rising prices in general, namely "inflation".The calculation of the Mojokerto city inflation is calculated based on the CPI calculation, the average monthly inflation from January - March 2020 for 28 types of staples, amounting to 0.13%. This inflation is categorized as a type of mild inflation, namely inflation which is still not so disturbing economic conditions. There are 3 types of staples slightly affected by inflation, namely cayenne pepper 0.96%, onion 1.83% and tomatoes 0.98% greater than the average mild inflation of 0.83%.Mojokerto city inflation is in Voletile Food by 0.21% not Administered Inflation, so that the inflation of basic needs is not affected by Covid-19, but there are government regulations to reduce the spread of Covid-19 in humans which can result in death, resulting in the community becoming panic buying , i.e. assumes that there will be an increase in the price of goods and the number of goods in the market decreases. Keywords: Inflation, People's Purchasing Power and Covid 19

This research uses a quantitative research type. This research was conducted in East Java Province using East Java BPS data. While the data collection method uses BPS data and articles related to research that is almost the same as this study. The variables used in this study are Minimum Wage (X1), Unemployment Rate (X2), and Total Poverty (Y). Analysis of the data used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that partially Minimum Wage (X1) with a significant level of 0.004 and Total Unemployment (X2) with a significant level of 0.237, the minimum wage affects the poverty variable (Y) significantly. While partially the number of unemployed variables (X2) with a significant level of 0.237, the number of unemployed does not affect the poverty variable (Y). Furthermore, the variables (X1) and (X2) simultaneously affect the poverty variable (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and anaIyze how much infIuence the factors that infIuence consumers in buying an automatic Honda Vario motorcycIe in Sidoarjo Regency. In this study using data processing methods in this study using the principaI component anaIysis (PCA) modeI. The tooI used to anaIyze the data is factor anaIysis. Factor anaIysis is cIassified as an interdependent method, which is the method used to anaIyze the reIationship between objects where aII variabIes are the same status, there is no independent variabIe that is a predictor for the dependent variabIe as found in regression. This data processing wiII be carried out using the assistance of version 22 of the statisticaI package for the sociaI science (SPSS) program. The resuIts show that, after caIcuIating the questionnaire data, anaIysis is carried out using a factor anaIysis approach. Of the 15 variabIes studied with the factoring process, these 15 variabIes can be reduced to onIy 3 factors. The naming of the 3 factors depends on the names of the variabIes that form one group, which wiII then determine the factors that infIuence consumer demand in buying a Honda Vario motorcycIe in Sidoarjo Regency, nameIy; assurance and distribution factors, product quaIity factors, and sociaI cIass factors

Abstract

Broiler chicken is one type of broiler that has high productivity, especially in producing chicken meat. According to economics, demand is the various types and quantities of goods and services demanded by buyers at various possible prices in a given period in the market. The writing design used in this study uses 1 dependent variable, namely demand and 7 independent variables, namely the price of boiler chicken meat, the price of chicken meat, the price of duck meat, the price of beef and the price of mutton, the number of families and income. The type of data used in this study uses primary data. Data was collected through questionnaires filled out by households while conducting research at Semolowaru Market, Surabaya. The sample in the study was 100. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results of the t-test analysis showed that only the price of boiler chicken meat, the price of native chicken meat had a significant effect on the demand for boiler chicken meat. Meanwhile, the variables of duck meat price, beef price, mutton price, number of families and income have no significant effect on the demand for boiler chicken meat. The F test shows that the seven factors together can be said to affect the demand for boiler chicken meat. The results of the calculation of the elasticity of demand for boiler chicken meat obtained that the elasticity value of boiler chicken meat is 0.370, meaning that boiler chicken meat is inelastic
