This community service program aims to implement Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) education to promote a clean living culture at SD ‘Aisyiyah 2 Mataram. The program was initiated due to the low consistency of clean living behavior among students and teachers, as well as the limited availability of sanitation facilities at the school. A participatory and collaborative approach was employed, involving teachers, students, and school stakeholders through several stages: preliminary study, socialization and counseling, teacher training, implementation of clean living culture programs, provision of sanitation facilities, monitoring, and evaluation. The results revealed a significant improvement in the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of school members regarding cleanliness. Furthermore, AIK values were successfully integrated into the school culture, emphasizing cleanliness not only as a physical obligation but also as a form of worship and character building. This program fostered a sustainable cultural change, marked by the active participation of all school members in maintaining cleanliness. Hence, this program can serve as a replicable model for fostering clean living habits based on Islamic values in other schools.
