The low level of science literacy among elementary school students in Indonesia indicates the urgent need for learning innovations that integrate technology and interdisciplinary approaches. This Community Service Program (CSP) aims to improve science literacy and teachers’ pedagogical competence through the optimization of artificial intelligence (AI) platforms such as PhET Simulation and ChatGPT in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning. The implementation method consists of five phases: diagnostic participatory, intensive workshop, in-class coaching, reflective community, and sustainability evaluation using the CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model. The results show a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to integrate technology into learning (TPACK scores increased from 2.8 to 4.3) and in students’ science literacy (N-gain 0.62; effect size 0.78). In addition, a reflective community called “STEM-AI Teachers” was established to strengthen the program’s sustainability. It can be concluded that the purposeful and ethical use of AI platforms can enhance the sustainability of science literacy in elementary schools while fostering a culture of innovation among teachers.
