Abstract

This studyaimstodiagnose thefeasibility ofthe seaweedindustrycluster development using sustainable development approach.The aspectsanalyzedincludethe preconditions of ecological, economic, social, andinstitutional. The method used for analyzing includesheuristictechniques, independentpreference evaluation, and orderedweightedaveraging.  Toaggregatethe preconditions of feasibility intoacompositevalue, the technique usedisan expert system.
