Abstract

Abstrak - Program pemerintah untuk menurunkan angka stunting telah dilaksanakan, namun prevalensi stunting di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Kudus, masih tinggi. Desa Cendono memiliki angka stunting sebesar 2,3% dengan jumlah balita 784, dimana 18 diantaranya mengalami stunting. Permasalahan dalam pemantauan gizi dan pertumbuhan balita di Posyandu Desa Cendono mencakup keterbatasan waktu, kesalahan pencatatan data manual, serta minimnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam pemantauan kesehatan balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem monitoring gizi dan pertumbuhan balita berbasis web dengan metode Z-Score sesuai standar WHO untuk mendukung pencegahan stunting. Sistem ini mempermudah proses pencatatan, analisis, dan pemantauan data anthropometri balita secara akurat dan efisien, sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi intervensi gizi dan rujukan medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibuat dapat meningkatkan efektivitas monitoring, membantu deteksi dini resiko stunting dan implementasi metode Z-Score dalam sistem dapat memastikan keakuratan analisis gizi.Kata kunci: Balita, Monitoring Gizi, Posyandu, Stunting, Z-Score Abstract  - The government program to reduce stunting rates has been implemented, but the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia, including in Kudus District, remains high. Cendono Village has a stunting rate of 2,3% with total of 784 toddlers, of which 18 are stunted. The problems in monitoring nutrition and growth of toddlers at the Posyandu in Cendono Village include time constraints, errors in manual data recording, and limited parental involvement in toddler health monitoring. This research aims to develop a web-based nutrition and growth monitoring system using the Z-Score method according to WHO standards to support stunting prevention. The system facilitates accurate and efficient recording, analysis, and monitoring of toddler anthropometric data, while also providing nutrition intervention recommendations and medical referrals. The results indicate that the developed system can enhance monitoring effectiveness, aid early detection of stunting risks, and ensure accurate nutritional analysis through the use of the Z-Score method.Keywords: Nutrition Monitoring, Posyandu, Stunting, Toddlers, Z-Score
