<![CDATA[Abstrak - Master Komputer merupakan toko yang menjual dan mendistibusikan aksesoris dan barang elektronik berupa laptop dan semisalnya yang mempunyai banyak data transaksi penjualan yang belum dimanfaatkan untuk menunjang bisnis. Selain itu penerapan pola strategi time series yaitu faktor trend yang dilakukan tanpa analisa menjadi faktor terhambatnya perkembangan usaha ini dengan tujuannya untuk penerapan strategi analisa penjualan sehingga dibuatlah Aplikasi Prediksi Penjualan dengan menggunakan triple exponential smoothing di Master Komputer dengan memasukkan data-data yang telah diperoleh. Metode pengembangan sistem yang diterapkan untuk perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan waterfall dengan menerapkan analisis PIECES dan pengujian dengan black box. Dari hasil data yang telah diuji dengan Aplikasi Peramalan Penjualan dengan data penjualan dari 2021-2022, grafik ramalan rekomendasi penjualan terbanyak yaitu pada tahun 2022 yaitu barang jenis notebook atau laptop dengan nilai MAPE 4%.Kata kunci: Metode, Prediksi, Aplikasi, Waterfall, Penjualan Abstract - Master Computer is a shop that sells and distributes accessories and electronic goods in the form of laptops and the like which have a lot of sales transaction data that has not been utilized to support the business. Apart from that, the application of the time series strategy pattern, namely the trend factor, which was carried out without analysis, was a factor in hampering the development of this business with the aim of implementing a sales analysis strategy, so a Sales Forecasting Application was created using triple exponential smoothing in the master computer shop by entering the data that had been obtained. The system development method applied for designing this application uses waterfall by applying PIECES analysis and black box testing.
