Abstrak - Penelitian ini dimulai dengan membangun sistem presensi karyawan berbasis website menggunakan teknologi QR Code di The Seminyak Beach Resort Spa untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan kehadiran. Sistem ini dirancang mengatasi kelemahan presensi manual, seperti ketidakvalidan dan kehilangan data, serta mempermudah rekapitulasi dan pelaporan. Metode pengembangan Sequential Linear (Waterfall) digunakan dengan PHP, Laravel, dan MySQL sebagai teknologi utama. Untuk mengukur efisiensi penerapan QR Code pada system presensi maka dilakukan pengujian menggunakan black box testing dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 89, yang masuk kategori “Acceptable” dengan grade “A” dan “Best Imaginable”. Skor ini menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang sangat tinggi terhadap sistem. Implementasi QR Code terbukti efektif mencatat data secara real-time, meningkatkan keamanan, dan mengurangi biaya operasional. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem QR Code memberikan solusi yang efisien, akurat, dan memuaskan bagi kebutuhan presensi karyawan di The Seminyak Beach Resort Spa.Kata Kunci: Sistem Presensi Karyawan, System Usability Scale (SUS), QR Code, Waterfall Model Abstract - This research began by developing an employee attendance system based on a website using QR Code technology at The Seminyak Beach Resort Spa to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of attendance recording. The system was designed to address the weaknesses of manual attendance, such as data invalidity and loss, as well as to simplify the reconciliation and reporting process. The Sequential Linear (Waterfall) development method was used, with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL as the main technologies. To assess the efficiency of implementing the QR Code in the attendance system, testing was conducted using black box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The results showed an average SUS score of 89, which falls into the "Acceptable" category with an "A" grade and "Best Imaginable" rating. This score indicates a very high level of user satisfaction with the system. The implementation of the QR Code proved effective in recording data in real-time, improving security, and reducing operational costs.
