<![CDATA[Purpose: This study aims to identify the causes of business performance gaps and design a value proposition for a training and consulting service company in the sharia financial sector in Lampung Province, specifically CV. Akselerasi IndonesiaJuara. Research Methodology: This study employs an exploratory research approach to investigate existing phenomena, identify business challenges, and develop initial insights that lead to the refinement of research questions. A qualitative case study method was applied through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving stakeholders of Islamic banking institutions. Results: The findings indicate that CV. Akselerasi Indonesia Juara needs to develop sustainable training programs because BPRS (Islamic Rural Banks) prefer services that extend beyond classroom-based training. The proposed programs include alumni forums, knowledge-sharing platforms, and continuous mentoring programs to enhance long-term impactand customer engagement. Conclusion: The study concludes that a value proposition design approach helps align training and consulting services with customer needs by creating customized, sustainable, and impact-oriented programs for Islamic banking institutions. Limitation: This study focuses on CV. Akselerasi Indonesia Juara as a training and consulting service provider and examines its value proposition development within the Islamic banking sector in Lampung Province. Contribution: This study contributes by providing a practical value proposition framework for improving business competitiveness in the training and consulting industry, particularly after the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.]]>
