MOBILE DIGITAL MONEY IN FINTECH ERA CASE STUDY: T-CASH TELKOMSEL JABOTABEK JABAR

Abstract

T-Cash merupakan produk e-money yang di keluarkan oleh salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia yaitu Telkomsel. T-Cash memiliki teknologi stiker NFC untuk melakukan transaksi dan juga memiliki aplikasi mobile dengan nama T-Wallet. Di Indonesia produk e-money sendiri sedang banyak diminati, terbukti banyak nya produk e-money yang dikeluarkan sebuah perusahaan, baik itu perbankan ataupun non perbankan. T-Cash pertama kali dikenalkan pada tahun 2007, dan dengan projek konsultasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu T-Cash dalam meningkatkan transaksi dan juga menambah jumlah pengguna T-Cash, dimana saat ini pengguna aktif T-Cash hanya 1.8% dari jumlah pelanggan Telkomsel di Jabotabek dan jabar. Dengan analisa strategi yang kami sarankan diharapkan dapat membantu T-Cash dalam meningkatkan market share penggunaan e-money di Indonesia, khusunya di area Jabotabek dan Jabar.Kata Kunci: T-Cash, Telkomsel, e-money, NFCT-Cash is an e-money product issued by one of the telecommunications companies in Indonesia, namely Telkomsel. T-Cash has NFC sticker technology to make transactions and has a mobile application called T-Wallet. In Indonesia, e-money products are in high demand, as evidenced by the number of e-money products issued by companies, both banking and non-banking. T-Cash was first introduced in 2007. This consulting project is expected to help T-Cash increase transactions and increase the number of T-Cash users, where currently active T-Cash users are only 1.8% of the total Telkomsel subscribers in Jabotabek and Jabar. With the strategy analysis, we suggest, it is hoped that it will help T-Cash in increasing the market share of using e-money in Indonesia, especially in the Greater Jakarta and West Java areas.Keywords: T-Cash, Telkomsel, e-money, NFC
