SURYA ELECTRICAL as one of the manufacturers of electrical panel that prioritizes customer satisfaction, still less attention to the importance of the maintenance of production machinery. And if there is damage, CV. SURYA ELECTRICAL had to stop production for a while and then do repair broken machines first. Given these problems, it will be a production machine maintenance planning using Markov Chain methods in the hope of minimizing the cost of care. From the results obtained by the savings generated by the companys machines are Machine Cut obtained savings of Rp 6,190,037, - or 55% of the maintenance costs of the company. For Bending Machines obtained savings of Rp. 2,447,442, - or 36% of the maintenance costs of the company. Dan apabila terjadi kerusakan, CV. SURYA ELECTRICAL harus menghentikan proses produksi untuk sementara waktu dan kemudian melakukan perbaikan mesin yang rusak tersebut terlebih dahulu. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut, maka akan dilakukan perencanaan pemeliharaan mesin produksi menggunakan metode Markov Chain dengan harapan dapat meminimumkan biaya perawatan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh penghematan tiap mesin yang didapatkan oleh perusahaan adalah Mesin Potong diperoleh penghematan sebesar Rp 6.190.037,- atau 55% dari biaya pemeliharaan perusahaan. Untuk Mesin Tekuk diperoleh penghematan sebesar Rp. 2.447.442,- atau 36% dari biaya pemeliharaan perusahaan.
