ANALISIS DETERMINASI KINERJA ANGGARAN PADA DINAS SOSIAL PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan anggaran, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan pelaksanaan anggaran terhadap kinerja penyerapan anggaran pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang ditentukan sebanyak 73 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah Perencanaan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyerapan anggaran pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kualitas SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyerapan anggaran pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pelaksanaan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyerapan anggaran pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penyerapan anggaran, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan pelaksanaan anggaran berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja penyerapan anggaran pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of budget planning, quality of human resources and budget implementation on the budget absorption performance of the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. The population and sample in this research were employees at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service, which was determined to be 73 employees. The data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research are that budget planning has a positive and significant effect on the budget absorption performance of the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the budget absorption performance of the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. Budget implementation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of budget absorption at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. Budget absorption, quality of human resources and budget implementation jointly influence the performance of budget absorption at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service.
