Framework HOT-Fit merupakan salah satu model evaluasi yang digunakan untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan melalui tiga dimensi utama yaitu manusia, organisasi, dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau penerapan framework HOT-Fit dalam evaluasi keberhasilan sistem informasi di rumah sakit. Tinjauan sistematik dilakukan menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses (PRISMA) dengan pencarian artikel terbitan 2014-2023 pada database PubMed, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect menggunakan kata kunci “Hospital” AND “HOT-Fit” AND “Human Organization Technology-Fit”. Sebanyak sembilan artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dianalisis dalam tinjauan ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa framework HOT-Fit telah diterapkan dalam berbagai jenis sistem informasi seperti EMR, HRIS, CDSS, dan sistem cloud, serta di berbagai negara dengan kondisi geografis dan institusional yang berbeda. Ketiga dimensi HOT-Fit tetap relevan digunakan, meskipun tingkat penekanannya bervariasi tergantung pada konteks lokal dan tujuan evaluasi. Beberapa studi juga mengombinasikan HOT-Fit dengan framework lain seperti TOE, TAM, dan FITT untuk memperluas cakupan analisis. Kesimpulannya, HOT-Fit merupakan framework yang fleksibel, dapat berdiri sendiri maupun dikombinasikan, serta tetap relevan dalam mengevaluasi sistem informasi kesehatan di berbagai konteks pelayanan. This study aims to review the application of the HOT-Fit framework in evaluating the success of hospital information systems. A systematic review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method, with articles published between 2014 and 2023 retrieved from the PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases using the keywords “Hospital” AND “HOT-Fit” AND “Human Organization Technology-Fit.” This review includes nine articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results show that the HOT-Fit framework has been applied to various types of information systems, including EMR, HRIS, CDSS, and cloud-based systems, across countries with diverse geographical and institutional contexts. All three dimensions remain relevant, although their emphasis varies depending on local context and evaluation objectives. Several studies also integrated HOT-Fit with other frameworks such as TOE, TAM, and FITT to broaden the scope of analysis. In conclusion, HOT-Fit is a flexible framework that can be applied independently or in combination, and remains relevant in evaluating health information systems across diverse healthcare settings.
