<![CDATA[Breech malpresentation is associated with a high rate of fetal morbidity and mortality. One of the efforts to manage breech malpresentation is the knee-chest position. This study employed a descriptive case study method involving a single subject, Mrs. H, G1P0A0, with breech malpresentation. The study was conducted on June 15, 2025, at Ngadirejo Public Health Center. The results showed a correction of the fetal position to cephalic presentation after 3 sessions per day of applying the knee-chest position. In conclusion, the knee-chest position intervention was proven to be effective in correcting breech malpresentation in Mrs. H, G1P0A0, thereby providing optimal pregnancy outcomes and successfully preventing complications during labor. Abstrak Kejadian malpresentasi bokong mempunyai angka morbiditas dan mortalitas janin yang tinggi. Upaya untuk mengatasi malpresentasi bokong antara lain dengan Knee Chest. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus deskriptif (case study) pada satu subjek yaitu Ny. H, G1P0A0 dengan malpresentasi bokong. Studi ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Juni 2025 di Puskesmas Ngadirejo. Hasil menunjukkan terjadinya koreksi posisi janin menjadi presentasi sefalik setelah 3 kali sesi/hari penerapan Posisi Knee-Chest. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa intervensi Posisi Knee-Chest terbukti efektif dalam mengoreksi malpresentasi bokong pada Ny.H G1P0A0, sehingga memberikan luaran kehamilan yang optimal dan berhasil mencegah komplikasi saat persalinan.]]>
