The increasing need for water in the community must be followed by the availability of sufficient water and in accordance with health quality standards. The Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is a Regionally Owned Enterprise engaged in the management of Water Resources. Like PDAM Tirta Betuah Talang Kelapa Branch which is the only source of clean water distributed to the local community. The existence of PDAM in the Talang Kelapat area is very much needed by the community, because before the PDAM, the community still depended on drilled wells and rainwater to obtain clean water. However, the problem that occurred in PDAM Tirta Betuah Talang Kelapat Branch is in the field of distribution or distribution of clean water to consumers. This study aims to determine how the management of clean water distribution in PDAM Tirta Betuah Talang Kelapat Branch. The focus of this study is the Analysis of the Management of Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAM) in Clean Water Distribution in Banyuasin Regency, using George R. Terry's (1958) management theory which consists of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling.The research method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation, which will be collected completely and then conclusions drawn. The results of the study regarding Management Analysis in the distribution of clean water at PDAM Tirta Betuah Talang Kelapa Branch have been running well, but have not been able to achieve the objectives. Because, there are indicators that are not optimal, namely from the planning indicator regarding funds or budgets due to the large number of customer bills in arrears, from the organizational indicator regarding inadequate supporting facilities and equipment, from the supervision indicator regarding supervision in water distribution activities that should be carried out routinely.
