<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Koneksitas merupakan tindak pidana yang melibatkan subjek hukum sipil dan militer yang sering terkendala disharmonisasi pada penanganan hukum yang diakibatkan oleh perbedaan sistem peradilan umum dan militer, termasuk kurangnya koordinasi dalam teknis penuntutan antara jaksa dan oditur. Masalah ini menimbulkan ketidaksinkronan yuridis dan administrasi, bahkan disparitas penyelesaian kasus serupa. Untuk mengatasi tumpang tindih yurisdiksi dan memperkuat integrasi penanganan perkara koneksitas, dibentuklah Jaksa Agung Muda Pidana Militer yang berfungsi melakukan koordinasi teknis penuntutan dengan Oditurat agar penegakan hukum khususnya pada tindak pidana korupsi yang melibatkan sipil dan militer, dapat berlangsung lebih efektif. Oleh karenanya dilakukannya penelitian terkait peran Jaksa Bidang Pidana Militer dalam penegakan hukum penanganan perkara koneksitas tindak pidana korupsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian normatif, dan menggunakan pendekatan library research, teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Sistem Hukum yang dikemukakan oleh Lawrence M. Friedman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran Jaksa Bidang Pidana Militer dalam penanganan perkara koneksitas tindak pidana korupsi sangat diperlukan guna mengatasi dualisme sistem penuntutan yang melibatkan aparat sipil dan militer memerlukan koordinasi teknis penuntutan yang efektif. Penanganan perkara koneksitas tindak pidana korupsi yang ditangani bersama antara Jaksa Bidang Pidana Militer dan Oditur menunjukkan tercapainya pelaksanaan penanganan perkara koneksitas yang optimal sehingga dapat menghindari perbedaan proses hukum penananganan perkara koneksitas. Dengan demikian penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa penanganan perkara koneksitas tindak pidana korupsi yang melibatkan aparatur sipil dan militer memerlukan koordinasi teknis penuntutan yang sinergis antara Jaksa Bidang Pidana Militer dan Oditur Militer guna mendukung keberlanjutan penegakan hukum pada perkara koneksitas terkhusus pada tindak pidana korupsi yang berkualitas di masa depan. Kata Kunci: Koneksitas, Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Jaksa Bidang Pidana Militer, Oditur Militer ABSTRACT Connectivity is a criminal act involving civil and military law subjects that are often constrained by disharmony in legal handling caused by differences in the general and military justice systems, including lack of coordination in the prosecution technique between prosecutors (Jaksa) and prosecutors (Oditur). This problem causes juridical and administrative insynchrony, and even disparities in the resolution of similar cases. To overcome the overlap of jurisdictions and strengthen the integration of the handling of connectivity cases, a Deputy Attorney General for Military Crimes was formed whose function is to coordinate the technical prosecution with the Directorate so that law enforcement, especially in corruption crimes involving civilians and the military, can take place more effectively. Therefore, research was conducted related to the role of the Prosecutor for Military Crimes in law enforcement in handling cases related to corruption crimes. The research method used is qualitative analysis with a normative type of research, and using the library research approach, the theory used is Legal System Theory proposed by Lawrence M. Friedman. The results of the study show that the role of the Prosecutor for Military Crimes in handling cases of corruption is very necessary to overcome the dualism of the prosecution system involving civilian and military officials requires effective technical coordination of prosecution. The handling of connectivity cases of corruption crimes handled jointly between the Prosecutor for Military Crimes and the Prosecutor's Office shows the achievement of optimal connectivity case handling so as to avoid differences in the legal process of handling connectivity cases. Thus, this study reveals that the handling of corruption crime connectivity cases involving civil and military apparatus requires synergistic prosecution technical coordination between the Military Criminal Prosecutor and the Military Prosecutor to support the sustainability of law enforcement in connectivity cases, especially in quality corruption crimes in the future.
