<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Menyusui tidak efektif merupakan suatu kondisi diaman ibu dan bayi mengalami ketidakpuasan atau kesulitan pada saat menyusui. Kondisi ini menjadi ancaman bagi kelangsungan hidup bayi pada saat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Sedangkan dampak bagi ibu adalah dapat menyebabkan bendungan ASI, mastitis dan abses payudara. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk menggambarkan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post partum dengan masalah menyusui tidak efektif di ruang obgyn RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus yang menggambarkan pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post partum dengan masalah menyusui tidak efektif dengan membandingkan 2 pasien. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x kunjungan pada kedua responden didapatkan hasil masalah teratasi. Dibuktikan dengan produksi ASI lancar Ny. U dan Ny. L pada pertemuan ke 3 , kemampuan ibu memposisikan bayi dengan benar meningkat, perlekatan pada bayi meningkat, isapan bayi meningkat dan bayi rewel menurun. Teknik menyusui yang benar dan perawatan payudara dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI. SOSODORO DJATIKOESOEMO REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL, BOJONEGORO ABSTRACT Ineffective breastfeeding is a condition where the mother and baby experience dissatisfaction or difficulty when breastfeeding. This condition poses a threat to the baby's survival during growth and development. Meanwhile, the impact on the mother is that it can cause breast milk dams, mastitis and breast abscesses. The aim of this case study is to describe the application of nursing care to post partum patients with ineffective breastfeeding problems in the ob-gyn room at Dr. RSUD. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. The method used in this research is a case study method which describes the provision of nursing care to post partum patients with ineffective breastfeeding problems by comparing 2 patients. After providing nursing care for 3x visits to both respondents, the problem was resolved. Proven by Mrs. U and Mrs. L the 3rd meeting, the mother's ability to position the baby correctly increases, attachment to the baby increases, the baby's sucking increases and the baby's fussiness decreases.
