The Community Class for Pregnant Women serves as an evidence-based intervention designed to bridge existing gaps in conventional maternal healthcare services. Through this holistic model, expectant mothers not only receive comprehensive medical information but also benefit from emotional support and experiential learning. The program incorporates practices such as prenatal gentle yoga, hypnobirthing, breastfeeding education, and hands-on neonatal care within a supportive group setting. This integrative approach promotes maternal well-being, enhances self-efficacy, and fosters a continuum of care from pregnancy through the early stages of motherhood. Objective : This study aims to explore how community-based classes for pregnant women, employing a holistic prenatal and neonatal approach, can enhance maternal understanding, readiness, and health outcomes for both mothers and their newborns. Method : The program was implemented with the active participation of pregnant women and their partners. The activities utilized educational sessions, demonstrations, simulations, and direct practice. The intervention was carried out in August 2025 in collaboration with Griya Sehat Bunda Madiun. Conclusion : The Holistic Based Community Class for Pregnant Women can be recommended as an effective promotive and preventive strategy in enhancing maternal and neonatal health outcomes.
