The problems at Darul Ulum Poncol Islamic Boarding School indicate that some students are less able to understand the science of women's fiqh, especially the concept of menstruation and istikhadhah. Therefore, in-depth education is needed that can open new understanding for students. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation, effectiveness, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in learning women's fiqh through musyawarah kubra activities at Darul Ulum Poncol Islamic Boarding School. This study applies a qualitative phenomenological approach with a field study research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and document studies. The results of the study show that 1) The application of learning women's fiqh through musyawarah kubra activities is by using risalah chaidl and there are three stages of implementation: the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. 2) The effectiveness of learning women's fiqh through musyawarah kubra activities is considered effective and has provided three aspects, namely the cognitive domain, the affective domain, and the psychomotor domain. 3) Supporting factors, namely awareness, motivation, and rules that have been set by students. The inhibiting factor is the limited time for implementation.
