<![CDATA[This study examines how supervisory techniques play a role in improving educators’ competencies. Educators are the spearhead of education; therefore, professionalism is required within every educator to enhance the quality of the nation’s young generation. Supervision itself has a highly supportive role in improving teachers’ competencies. After the implementation of supervisory techniques, educators are expected to apply the guidance and directions provided by supervisors to ensure the success of the learning process. The researcher will explore how the application of educational supervision techniques can monitor and guide teachers. This journal employs a scientific writing method with a qualitative approach through literature studies that examine various sources relevant to the topic, including journals, books, and research reports related to educational supervision. The findings show that the application of appropriate supervisory techniques is highly relevant in developing educator competencies, whether through individual techniques or group techniques. This will assist readers, especially prospective teachers, school supervisors, and education students, in identifying effective strategies to improve educators' competencies. The purpose of this journal is to describe and analyze various educational supervision techniques that can be used in efforts to enhance educators' competencies. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaiaman peran teknik-teknik supervisi dapat meningkatkan kompetensi seorang pendidik. Pendidik merupakan ujing tomnak dari sebuah pendidikan, oleh karenanya diperlukannya profesionalitas pada diru seorang pendidik demi meningkatkan kualitas generasi muda bangsa. Supervisi sendiri memiliki peran yang sangat mendukung dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Setelah dilaksanakannya teknik-teknik supervisi, diharapkan bagi pendidik dapat menerapkan arahan dan bimbingan dari supervisor demi keberhasilan pembelajaran. peneliti akan mengkaji bagaimana penerapan teknik supervisi pendidikan yang dapat mengawasi dan membimbing para guru. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penulisan karya ilmiah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur yng mengkaji berbagai sumber yang sesuai dengan judul jurnal ini, seperti jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian terkait supervisi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa penerapan teknik yang tepat teradap kegiatan supervisi sangat relevan dalam membangun kompetensi seorang pendidik. Baik teknik individual maupun teknik kelompok. Hal ini akan membantu pembaca khususnya calon guru, pengawas sekolah, maupun mahasiswa pendidikan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis berbagai teknik supervisi pendidikan yang dapat digunakan dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik.]]>
