<![CDATA[This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) to explore the concept of entrepreneurial culture within the context of a rapidly evolving global economy. The focus is to examine how cultural factors influence entrepreneurship at individual, organizational, and national levels, while discussing the significant role of cultural values and social norms in shaping entrepreneurial attitudes. Two interconnected concepts are identified: National Entrepreneurial Culture (NEC) and Organizational Entrepreneurial Culture (OEC), both critical in fostering environments that support innovation and business development. Methodologically, this research employs the PRISMA framework and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, facilitating the mapping and identification of research trends in this field. The findings indicate a significant increase in publications since 2014, although the topic remains relatively underexplored, particularly in developing countries. The study suggests further attention to be given to developing countries, especially in Asia, to fill existing research gaps and better understand the impact of local cultures on entrepreneurship. These findings offer practical implications for policymakers and educational institutions in designing policies and entrepreneurial curricula aligned with local cultural values, fostering inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems globally.]]>
