Abstract

This community service program (PKM) primarily aims to improve the economic welfare of the Purbaya Tani Mandiri (PTM) Farmer Group in Purwabakti Village, Bogor. The group, consisting of 40 members and managing 17.93 hectares of land, faces a crucial problem: the low selling price of organic rice (equivalent to non-organic) due to the lack of official certification and limitations in digital marketing. The program offers an integrated solution through education on securing product legality (Organic Certification and P-IRT/Home Industry Food Permit) and digital marketing training, which includes brand development, visual content, and the use of leading e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Tokopedia). The method used is a participatory approach with five stages: preparation, bureaucratic education, program execution, partner participation, and evaluation. The targeted outcomes of the program are an increase in product selling value, expansion of market reach to a national scale, and a significant improvement in farmer income.

Abstract

This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) to explore the concept of entrepreneurial culture within the context of a rapidly evolving global economy. The focus is to examine how cultural factors influence entrepreneurship at individual, organizational, and national levels, while discussing the significant role of cultural values and social norms in shaping entrepreneurial attitudes. Two interconnected concepts are identified: National Entrepreneurial Culture (NEC) and Organizational Entrepreneurial Culture (OEC), both critical in fostering environments that support innovation and business development. Methodologically, this research employs the PRISMA framework and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, facilitating the mapping and identification of research trends in this field. The findings indicate a significant increase in publications since 2014, although the topic remains relatively underexplored, particularly in developing countries. The study suggests further attention to be given to developing countries, especially in Asia, to fill existing research gaps and better understand the impact of local cultures on entrepreneurship. These findings offer practical implications for policymakers and educational institutions in designing policies and entrepreneurial curricula aligned with local cultural values, fostering inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems globally.

Abstract

Education plays a vital role in shaping individuals and society, focusing on knowledge dissemination and character development. One important yet often overlooked aspect of education is the philosophy of education, or Axiology, which studies the values underlying education. Axiology significantly influences educational policies, curriculum development, and teaching practices, which aim not only to achieve academic success but also to foster character and morality in students. This research aims to explore and analyze the development and dynamics of research on Axiology in Education using a bibliometric approach based on Scopus data. Through systematic literature review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis, this study maps the contributions, trends, and connections between authors, countries, and institutions involved in Axiology research in education. The results show that Axiology in Education remains a significant topic, with a notable increase in publications in 2021. However, there is still a gap in the integration of local values in education and dominance in research from certain countries, such as Russia. This study also suggests prioritizing the integration of moral and ethical values in educational policies, curriculum development, and teacher training programs in the future. The findings provide insights for researchers and practitioners to further develop value-based education that is more holistic and relevant to social and cultural contexts.
