<![CDATA[This article discusses community service activities through an extreme poverty data collection program in Napugera Village, Mego District, as part of the Community Service Program (KKN) of Nusa Nipa University Maumere. The aim is to strengthen the synergy between universities, local governments, and communities in poverty alleviation efforts. The activity focused on identifying and mapping extremely poor households using a systematic and participatory approach. The methods used included field observations, in-depth interviews, and data verification with village officials and residents. This approach produced accurate socioeconomic data while raising community awareness of the importance of data validity in development planning. The results of the activity showed that student involvement had a positive impact on the community and village government. The collected data became the basis for designing more targeted social assistance programs. In addition, this activity fostered the values of transparency, cooperation, and social responsibility at the local level.
