Laprados Food & Snack MSME is a culinary business in Purwakarta that faces several marketing and financial problems, such as suboptimal packaging quality, high product returns, and unstructured sales and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) records. This study aims to analyze sustainable management and financial development strategies to improve the performance of Laprados MSME. The methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, and marketing and financial assistance. The results show that improving packaging quality, improving HR systems, and implementing Excel-based financial records can increase production efficiency, reduce returns, improve cash flow, and strengthen overall business management. The implementation of this strategy has a significant impact on increasing competitiveness and business sustainability.
