This study aims to describe the development of Islamic education curriculum management in integrating Islamic and humanitarian values in Islamic educational institutions. This research is motivated by the persistence of curriculum management that separates the strengthening of religiosity and social awareness of students. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies at purposively selected Islamic educational institutions, and analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that curriculum management development is carried out through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating functions oriented towards the integration of Islamic and humanitarian values. Learning planning combines religiosity and social awareness, organizing involves collaboration between leaders and teachers, implementation integrates values in learning and religious and social activities, and evaluation assesses cognitive, attitudinal, and behavioral aspects, although still needs improvement. The study concludes that planned and sustainable curriculum management contributes to the formation of religious and humanistic students and recommends strengthening teacher capacity and developing more comprehensive evaluation instruments.
