This study aims to describe the leadership role of madrasah principals in encouraging technology-based educational innovation. And to describe what strategies are used by madrasah principals in utilizing technology to improve the quality of education. Qualitative methods mean researching on natural object conditions. To obtain accurate results, this method is used to collect information. The instrument used in this study is snowball informant selection, the technique of collecting information sources that initially few cannot produce complete data, so we look for other people who can be used as sources of information. The analysis used in this study is data reduction and data presentation. The results of the study show that madrasah principals act as initiators of learning digitalization programs. This includes innovations implemented in madrasahs, namely the use of platforms such as Google Classroom, Madrasah e-learning, Madrasah SIM Dashboard, and using videos in learning methods, as well as online evaluation. Madrasah principals not only play a structural role, but also provide examples in the use of technology, both in management and academic supervision. This strategy not only demonstrates the madrasah principal's commitment to developing educational innovation but also reflects systematic, participatory, and adaptive planning for the dynamics of 21st-century education.
