Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Menanamkan Pemahaman Literasi Keagamaan Untuk Membentuk Sikap Jujur Pada Siswa Kelas X IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Syahbandar

This study aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling an understanding of religious literacy, knowing the students' understanding of religious literacy and the solutions of Islamic Religious Education teachers facing obstacles in instilling an understanding of religious literacy in SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Syahbandar. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques carried out are by Interview, Observation and Documentation. The steps taken are Data Reduction, Data Analysis Techniques, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers is carried out with Variative Learning Methods, Integration of Honesty Values, Character Building Through Religious Activities, Assessment of Honest Attitudes. For the Understanding of Class X IPA 1 Students towards their own religious literacy. 2) Students Understand that honesty is an important value in Islam. 3) Inhibiting Factors in instilling understanding are Lack of PAI Learning Time, Lack of Adequate Learning Resources, Culture of Dishonesty, Lack of Support from Parents and the Community, Limited Competence of PAI Teachers. 4) The solutions provided by teachers for students' understanding of religious literacy are Optimization of Islamic Religious Education Learning, Collaboration with Parents and the Community, Improvement of Self-Competence, Utilization of Technology and Media, Creation of a Conducive School Environment.
