This study focuses on examining teachers' views on the implementation of deep learning approaches in kindergartens in the Medan Tuntungan District. The deep learning approach is based on three main components, namely mindful learning, meaningful learning, and joyful learning, which emphasize a learning process that is conscious, meaningful, and enjoyable for children. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive design through a survey method. All kindergarten teachers in the research area were involved as respondents, resulting in a sample size of 65 people using total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire, then analyzed using percentage techniques. The results of the analysis showed that the level of teacher readiness for the application of deep learning was in the very high category. Of all respondents, 33 teachers (51%) were in the very ready category, while 32 teachers (49%) were in the ready category, with no respondents classified as not ready. These findings indicate that all teachers have adequate understanding and readiness to implement the deep learning approach in early childhood education. Thus, this study provides an overview that kindergarten teachers in Medan Tuntungan District are ready to support government policies related to the implementation of deep learning in kindergarten education units.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengkaji pandangan guru mengenai pelaksanaan pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) pada Taman Kanak-Kanak di wilayah Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Pendekatan deep learning bertumpu pada tiga komponen utama, yaitu mindful learning, meaningful learning, dan joyful learning, yang menekankan proses belajar yang berkesadaran, bermakna, serta menyenangkan bagi anak. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan rancangan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui metode survei. Seluruh guru TK di wilayah penelitian dilibatkan sebagai responden, sehingga jumlah sampel mencapai 65 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket berskala Likert, kemudian dianalisis melalui teknik persentase. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan guru terhadap penerapan pembelajaran mendalam berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Dari keseluruhan responden, sebanyak 33 guru (51%) termasuk dalam kategori sangat siap, sedangkan 32 guru (49%) berada pada kategori siap, tanpa adanya responden yang tergolong tidak siap. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa seluruh guru telah memiliki pemahaman serta kesiapan yang memadai dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan deep learning pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa guru TK di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan telah siap mendukung kebijakan pemerintah terkait penerapan pembelajaran mendalam (Deep Learning) di satuan pendidikan Taman Kanak-Kanak.
