<![CDATA[Research on the relation of creativity with particular personality types has already been conducted, but the relation between types of personalities based on color codes-Red, Blue, White, and Yellow (Harmant, 2004) with creativity has not been tried. The present research is keen to find out the differencies in creativity among the Red, Blue, White, and Yellow personalities. Subjects (N=117) were high school students, consisting of 72 girls, and 45 boys. Personality types were identified with the color code profile scale, while the creative potentials were compiled through the C.O.R.E.scale (Suhaman, 2002a). A non parametric statistics was used to analyse the data. Results reveal that the students with a Red code personality are the most creative, while the White ones are the least creative. The Blue and Yellow personalities showed moderate levels of creativity. The impact of the results are discussed. Penelitian yang mengaitkan kreativitas denga tipe-tipe kepribadian tertentu sudah pernah dilakukan, namun yang mengaitkan kreativitas dengan tipe-tipe kepribadian menurut kode warna-Merah, Biru, Putih, dan Kuning (Hartman, 2004) belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan perbedaan kreativitas di antara tipe kepribadian Merah, Biru, Putih, dan Kuning. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah menengah atas (N=117), yang terdiri atas 72 perempuan dan 45 laki-laki. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengungkap tipe-tipe kepribadian subjek adalah skala profil kepribadian kode warna, dan untuk mengungkap kreativitas subjek dgunakan skala C.O.R.E. (Suharman, 2002a). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik statistik nonparametrik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tipe kepribadian Merah cenderung paling kreatof, sedangkan tipe kepribadian Putih cenderung memiliki kreativitas paling rendah. Tipe kepribadian Biru dan Kuning cenderung memiliki kreativitas pada tingkat sedang. Dibahas dampak keterkaitan perbedaan tipe kepribadian kode warna terhadap kreativitas.]]>
