The maternal mortality rate (MMR) is a crucial indicator of the success of maternal health programs. Reducing MMR is achieved by ensuring pregnant women's access to quality health services, such as standard antenatal care (ANC) and assistance from experts. Quality ANC services, as described by Irawan (2021), are essential for early detection of risks and preventing pregnancy complications. To improve the well-being of mothers and children, comprehensive midwifery care is provided. This integrated and continuous service covers the entire cycle: pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care. The Indonesian Minister of Health (2020) stated that this approach is expected to reduce MMR and child mortality. This research methodology is a descriptive observational case study, using the SOAP documentation approach. This case study examines midwifery care for Mrs. S, 29 years old, G3P2A0, 42 weeks pregnant, at the Lismarini Independent Midwife Practice (PMB). After delivery, respondents were encouraged to use contraception, and respondents chose condoms because they were easily available and easy to use. Overall, the comprehensive examination given to Mrs. S showed normal results in all phases.
