<![CDATA[Background: Daruttaqwa Al-Khairiyah NW Teko Islamic Boarding School in East Lombok, NTB, is part of the Nahdlatul Wathan organization. It offers several flagship programs, including one that focuses on studying traditional Islamic texts (kitab kuning). Objective: This study aims to analyze the teaching strategies implemented at Daruttaqwa Al-Khairiyah Islamic Boarding School to enhance students' interest in studying kitab kuning, and to identify the factors that contribute to the success of these strategies. Method: The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with a field research focus. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of learning activities. Results: The study found that the strategies applied, including memorization, takrir (repetition), and muzakarah (discussion), are highly effective in increasing students' interest. This is supported by the students' requirement to stay in the dormitory, guidance from qualified teachers, and adequate facilities such as kitab kuning and reading materials. Conclusion: The implementation of these teaching strategies has been proven effective in increasing students' interest in studying the Kitab Kuning. It supports the success of the educational programs at Daruttaqwa Al-Khairiyah Islamic Boarding School. Contribution: This study contributes to the development of interactive learning methods based on feedback that can be implemented in Islamic boarding schools to enhance students' learning interest and educational outcomes.]]>
