<![CDATA[Abstract. The Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) manages hajj funds to increase the value of benefits and optimize hajj services. Government Regulation No. 5 of 2018 Article 13 explains the initial deposit of BPIH (Hajj Implementation Fee) or Special BPIH accompanied by filling out and signing a power of attorney/wakalah by the pilgrims. However, the facts in the field reap pros and cons, the current power of attorney/wakalah is not in accordance with sharia. The distribution of benefits from BPKH to pilgrims departing in the current year is not explicitly stated in the power of attorney/wakalah. This study aims to analyze the practice of wakalah contracts and the legal status of the distribution of benefit values based on the fiqh of muamalah. Types of qualitative research with a descriptive approach through literature studies. The results of the study show that the practice of wakalah has fulfilled the principles and conditions. The legal status of the distribution of benefit value is allowed. It is proven by the congregation signing a power of attorney/wakalah showing that an agreement has occurred. It is recommended that BPKH include the distribution of the value of these benefits, so that pilgrims know each other and are happy and avoid potential disputes in the future. Abstrak. Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) melakukan pengelolaan dana haji untuk meningkatkan nilai manfaat dan optimalisasi pelayanan ibadah haji. PP No. 5 Tahun 2018 Pasal 13 menerangkan setoran awal BPIH (Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji) atau BPIH Khusus disertai pengisian dan penandatangan surat kuasa/wakalah oleh Jemaah. Namun fakta di lapangan menuai pro kontra, surat kuasa/wakalah saat ini belum sesuai syariah. Distribusi nilai manfaat dari BPKH kepada Jemaah yang berangkat di tahun berjalan tidak dicantumkan secara eksplisit dalam surat kuasa/wakalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik akad wakalah dan status hukum distribusi nilai manfaat berdasarkan fikih muamalah. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan praktik wakalah telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat. Status hukum distribusi nilai manfaat adalah dibolehkan. Dibuktikan dengan Jemaah menandatangani surat kuasa/wakalah menunjukkan telah terjadinya kesepakatan. Sebaiknya BPKH mencantumkan distribusi nilai manfaat tersebut, agar Jemaah saling mengetahui dan ridho serta menghindari potensi sengketa dikemudian hari.]]>
