Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Human Resources Management (HRM) terhadap controlling kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Buntu Batu Kabupaten Enrekang. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi 25 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi HRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap controlling kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 14.082 > t tabel 2..068.
