Abstrak: Rendahnya pemahaman siswa SMK terhadap konsep Big Data menjadi tantangan dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi industri digital. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi Big Data dan keterampilan pengolahan data siswa kelas XI TKJ. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan workshop praktikum menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan melibatkan 20 siswa. Materi mencakup pengenalan konsep 5V Big Data dan praktik analisis data sederhana. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, pengamatan langsung saat praktik, serta kuesioner umpan balik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep sebesar 41,6%, serta peningkatan hardskill pengolahan data melalui proyek mini dan visualisasi data. Siswa juga menunjukkan kemajuan softskill seperti kolaborasi dan presentasi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa literasi data dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan melalui pendekatan pelatihan terapan yang kontekstual dan tepat sasaran di lingkungan pendidikan vokasi.Abstract: The low understanding of Big Data concepts among vocational high school students poses a challenge in preparing graduates for the digital industry. This community service aimed to enhance Big Data literacy and basic data processing skills for 36 students of grade XI TKJ. The program was implemented through counseling, training, and hands-on workshops using Microsoft Excel. The materials covered the introduction of the 5Vs of Big Data and practical data analysis tasks. Evaluation methods included pre-tests and post-tests, direct observation during practice, and feedback questionnaires. The results showed a 41.6% increase in conceptual understanding and significant improvement in data processing hardskills through mini-projects and data visualization. Students also demonstrated enhanced soft skills such as teamwork and presentation. This activity proves that data literacy can be significantly improved through applied and contextual training approaches in vocational education settings.
