Abstrak - Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Pelayanan (SIPP) berperan dalam mendukung digitalisasi layanan publik pada sektor jaminan sosial, sehingga kualitas sistem perlu dievaluasi untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar perangkat lunak terkini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas SIPP berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010:2023 menggunakan empat karakteristik utama, yaitu functional suitability, performance efficiency, interaction capability, dan flexibility. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif diterapkan melalui kombinasi pengujian black box pada 20 fungsi inti, audit Google Lighthouse, kuesioner USE dengan 42 butir pernyataan, serta uji multi-browser. Sebanyak 30 pengguna aktif SIPP dilibatkan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa functional suitability memperoleh nilai 100% (sangat berkualitas), performance efficiency 89,35% dengan waktu respons rata-rata 1,53 detik (sangat berkualitas), interaction capability 75,3% (berkualitas), dan flexibility 100% (sangat berkualitas). Secara keseluruhan, SIPP dapat dikategorikan berkualitas baik, namun masih memerlukan peningkatan pada dokumentasi pengguna, pesan kesalahan, dan dukungan bantuan interaktif untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci : ISO/IEC 25010:2023; SIPP; Sistem Informasi; Evaluasi Kualitas; Instansi Jaminan Sosial; Abstract - The Service Management Information System (SIPP) plays a key role in supporting the digitalization of public services in the social security sector; therefore, its quality must be evaluated to ensure compliance with current software standards. This study aims to evaluate the quality of SIPP based on the ISO/IEC 25010:2023 standard using four main characteristics: functional suitability, performance efficiency, interaction capability, and flexibility. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed through a combination of black box testing on 20 core functions, Google Lighthouse audits, the 42-item USE questionnaire, and multi-browser testing. A total of 30 active SIPP users participated as respondents. The findings indicate that functional suitability achieved 100% (excellent), performance efficiency scored 89.35% with an average response time of 1.53 seconds (excellent), interaction capability reached 75.3% (good), and flexibility achieved 100% (excellent).
