<![CDATA[ABSTRAKProses produksi seringkali menjadi pertanyaan bagi pelanggan pada usaha sablon. Pertanyaan terkait proses produksi banyak menyita waktu bagi pelaku usaha sablon karena harus melakukan pengecekan pemesanan pada proses produksi. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan bagi pelaku usaha sablon adalah menyediakan wadah bagi pelanggan untuk dapat melakukan pengecekan mandiri proses produksi pada pemesanannya. QR Code digunakan untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam proses pengecekan mandiri, pelanggan tidak perlu mengetik kode pemesanan yang panjang, pelanggan cukup memindai kode QR menggunakan smartphone pada bukti pemesanan. Implementasi kode QR untuk pelacakan pemesanan pelanggan dalam proses produksi diharapkan dapat memudahkan dan menghemat waktu operasional pelaku usaha sablon.Kata Kunci: Kode QR, Pelacakan Proses Produksi, Industri Sablon ABSTRACTThe production process is often a question for customers in the screen printing business.
