Abstrak: Era Revolusi Industri 5.0 menuntut transformasi digital hingga tingkat desa, namun desa mitra di Kabupaten Banyuwangi masih terkendala dalam inventarisasi potensi wilayah akibat keterbatasan kompetensi teknis sumber daya manusia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas perangkat desa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dan GPS untuk penyusunan peta digital potensi wilayah. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan 10 peserta, terdiri atas kepala dusun, perangkat desa, dan tokoh masyarakat. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan akuisisi data lapangan berbasis smartphone, serta pengolahan data menggunakan QGIS dengan pendampingan intensif. Sistem evaluasi dilakukan melalui validasi produk peta mandiri serta observasi peningkatan kompetensi teknis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kapasitas peserta dalam pemetaan digital. Meskipun evaluasi mengindikasikan adanya tantangan kesenjangan digital di mana peserta usia lanjut membutuhkan adaptasi teknologi lebih lama, program ini berhasil menghasilkan luaran peta digital dan basis data spasial yang valid. Produk tersebut menjadi landasan strategis bagi pemerintah desa dalam merumuskan perencanaan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang berbasis data.Abstract: The era of Industrial Revolution 5.0 demands digital transformation down to the village level; however, the partner village in Banyuwangi Regency faces constraints in inventorying regional potential due to limited human resource technical competence. This community service aims to enhance the capacity of village officials in utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and GPS technology to compile digital maps of regional potential. The implementation method employed a participatory approach involving 10 participants, comprising hamlet heads, village officials, and community leaders. The activities included socialization, smartphone-based field data acquisition training, and data processing using QGIS, supported by intensive mentoring. The evaluation system was conducted through the validation of independently produced maps and observation of technical competence improvement. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' capacity regarding digital mapping. Although the evaluation indicated a digital gap challenge where older participants required longer technology adaptation times, the program successfully produced valid digital maps and spatial databases. These products serve as a strategic foundation for the village government in formulating data-driven sustainable development plans.
