Abstract

Virtual Laboratory Learning could be used to eliminate the limitationsof laboratory devices. A mix between the computer software which isdesigned to represent an alternative implementation concept of VirtualLaboratory. Through KD 3.4. Applying the Classification to classifyarchaebacteria and eubacteria based on characteristics and shapethrough systematic observation. It selected the Gram staining processin bacteria, which is to find groups of bacteria including GramPositive or Negative. The media influenced learning process in manysection, it is possible that the virtual lab used as a means to internalizethe values of character. This research’s aim was to producedLaboratory Virtual Media Instruction, which was oriented formcharacter building through the development process. The method wasused research and development refers to the flow of Borg and Gall(1989). The results showed increasement in postal value, which isused Laboratory Virtual Media, compared to pre test, but the N-gainwas quite low at 0.2. Abstract

The quality of Human Resources always be improved, one of theimprovement is through the education, which is adjusted curriculumto be more up to date. It could be seen from behind the 2013’scurriculum. This research’s aim was to determined the way ofstudent’s answering questions in biological material. Abstract

Structure adaptation is caused by the interaction of plants with the environment, so it requires system thinking in understanding it. This study was conducted to examine the instructional impact of the Multiple Representations Supported Argumentation (MRSA) learning model which involves students doing reasoning using multi representations to facilitate complex system modeling skills. The study was conducted with an iterative design that involves collecting data with MERs reasoning instruments and modeling complex systems. The research involved 1 model lecturer and 3 partner lecturers and 135 students who took part in the structure of plant development. The results of data analysis show the number of students who think complexly with MERs reasoning has increased by 48%, while the number of students who are able to model complex systems with good criteria has increased by 23%. Correlation test results between MERs reasoning performance with complex system modeling in general showed a positive relationship between 0.07 to 0.61. These evidences indicate that instructional learning has an effect on the progress of MERs reasoning performance as well as having an impact on the progress in achieving the ability of modeling complex systems, thus indicating instructional reasoning with MERs is effective for training systems thinking through modeling complex systems.

Abstract

Salah satu komoditas tanaman dalam budidaya secara hidroponik adalah tanaman Pakcoy. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pembudidaya tanaman Pakcoy antara lain adalah harga pupuk cenderung mahal, kurangnya suplai nutrisi karena pengurangan penggunaan dosis pupuk sehingga memperlambat pertumbuhan tanaman Pakcoy. Perlu  adanya alternatif bahan ramah lingkungan yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai suplai nutrisi tanaman yaitu eco enzyme. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian eco enzyme melalui teknik spray daun terhadap pertumbuhan dan bobot basah tanaman Pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok 1 faktor dengan 3 taraf perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yaitu P0 (tidak diberikan eco enzyme), P1 (pemberian eco enzyme 1 ml/L air), P2 (pemberian eco enzyme 2 ml/L air). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian eco enzyme melalui teknik spray daun berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan bobot basah tanaman Pakcoy. Pertumbuhan dan bobot basah tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan 2 (pemberian eco enzyme 2 ml/L air) dengan panjang daun 21,5cm, lebar daun 11,57 cm, jumlah daun 20,87 helai dan bobot basah 188,07 g yang secara signifikan berbeda dengan perlakuan P0 (tidak diberikan eco enzyme) dan P1 (pemberian eco enzyme 1 ml/L air). Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pemberian eco enzyme melalui teknik spray daun dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan bobot basah tanaman Pakcoy.

Abstract

Lingkingan hidup merupakan kesatuan ruang dengan semua benda, daya, keadaan dan makhluk hidup yang mempengaruhi alam dan kelangsungan kehidupan di alam pada generasi saat ini maupun generasi mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui literasi lingkungan siswa domisili pedesaan dan perkotaan. Responden 39 siswa Sekolah Menengah Farmasi Semarang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi MSELS. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik literasi lingkungan siswa domisili kota dan desa di level yang sama yaitu level literasi lingkungan nominal

Abstract

Village funds remain the primary driving force in village development in Kediri, as 44.93% of village revenue in Kediri Regency comes from village funds. However, there are still obstacles in the implementation of the village fund policy in Kediri Regency, which could potentially affect the achievement of policy objectives. In response to this situation, this study aims to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of the village fund policy in Kediri Regency. Referring to Edwards III's Direct and Indirect Impact on Implementation Model and using quantitative methods, it was found that Resources, Attitude, and Bureaucratic Structure have a significant influence on the implementation of village fund policy in Kediri Regency. In contrast, Communication does not have a significant influence. Meanwhile, when the four variables were tested together, the results showed that Communication, Resources, Attitude, and Bureaucratic Structure have a significant influence on the implementation of village fund policy in Kediri Regency, simultaneously. This study recommends that the government prioritise attention to the quality of Standard Operating Procedures, the distribution of roles among implementers, the consistency of implementers' perspectives and attitudes, the quality of human resources, and the provision of adequate authority and facilities.

Abstract

The Program Mahasiswa Berdesa (Promahadesa) DESENTRAL is carried out in Pace Village, Silo District, Jember Regency which is one of the villages supported by Jember University. The village community utilizes their land for ginger cultivation, making it the largest ginger-producing area in Jember Regency. This is evidenced by data from the BPS Jember Regency in 2023. In addition to ginger, there are other types of medicinal plants (TOGA) such as turmeric, galangal, and other plants. There is an issue where the utilization of TOGA plants is not yet optimal, as they are considered household medicinal plants and not utilized as a source of health or business opportunities. Given the lack of innovation in processing herbal products, which are sold in their raw form without being processed into value-added products, the Promahadesa DESENTRAL team adopted a participatory and applied approach focused on utilizing the assets and potential of Pace Village. The participatory and applied approach is implemented through five main stages: focus group discussions (FGD), education, field demonstrations, skill training, monitoring, and evaluation. Activities will focus on planting TOGA and training in processing harvests into instant ginger, instant turmeric, and ginger gummy. TOGA planting will be conducted on village hall land with various plant species totaling 50 seedlings. Processing training will be conducted with the community using demonstration and hands-on methods to produce instant ginger, instant turmeric, and ginger gummy. Through this activity, TOGA plants will be monitored by the local community and the harvest will be processed into instant ginger, instant turmeric, and ginger gummy that are ready to sell so as to provide added economic value to the village community. The results of training, packaging, and marketing have been effective with the community participation rate reaching 95% and the satisfaction evaluation shows a “very good” category.

Abstract

Permukiman kumuh merupakan isu dunia dan masuk dalam SDG’s. Permukiman kumuh sering muncul di perkotaan dan Kota Denpasar telah menerbitkan SK Permukiman Kumuh, namun belum disertakan dengan lampiran peta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik permukiman kumuh di Kawasan Kumuh Suwung dan memetakan sebarannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan parameter Permen PUPR No. 14/PRT/M/2018. Data survei kemudian dianalisis dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dan dideskripsikan untuk mengetahui sebaran kondisi kekumuhan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik permukiman kumuh Suwung merupakan bantaran TPA dengan tingkat kekumuhan sedang. Aktivitas pergudangan/pengepul barang bekas menjadi aktivitas dominan di Kawasan Kumuh Suwung. Sebaran jalan dan drainase yang tidak standar kecenderungan berada di area permukiman.
