Abstract: This community service activity aims to introduce Optical Line Terminal (OLT) technology as the main device in GPON-based Fiber to the Home (FTTH) access networks to students of SMK Negeri 1 BP Mandoge in order to improve their technical understanding regarding fiber optic network management. The main problem faced is the limited knowledge of students regarding optical access network architecture, OLT-ONU communication mechanisms, and service and bandwidth management. The methods used include observation, interviews, direct practice, and question and answer sessions. The practical activities focused on introducing OLT device architecture, basic GPON concepts, logical port configuration, service VLAN management, and network performance monitoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' technical understanding of fiber optic network operation and management. This activity supports the improvement of student competencies according to the needs of the telecommunications industry. Keywords: GPON; network management; OLT; vocational education; fiber optic Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan teknologi Optical Line Terminal (OLT) sebagai perangkat utama dalam jaringan akses Fiber to the Home (FTTH) berbasis GPON kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 BP Mandoge guna meningkatkan pemahaman teknis mereka terkait manajemen jaringan serat optik. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan siswa mengenai arsitektur jaringan akses optik, mekanisme komunikasi OLT–ONU, serta pengelolaan layanan dan bandwidth. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, praktik langsung, dan sesi tanya jawab. Kegiatan praktik difokuskan pada pengenalan arsitektur perangkat OLT, konsep dasar GPON, konfigurasi logis port, pengelolaan VLAN layanan, serta monitoring kinerja jaringan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman teknis siswa terhadap pengoperasian dan manajemen jaringan serat optik.
