Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Medan, dengan sampel sebanyak 88 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS melalui software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sedangkan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, namun memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT Bank Sumut Head Office Medan. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consists of employees of PT Bank Sumut Head Office Medan, with a sample of 88 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicate that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, while organizational culture does not significantly affect work motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation does not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance but significantly mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.
