Abstract

Abstract: The research entitled "The Influence of Work Discipline, Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Univista Utama" is the result of quantitative research that aims to answer questions about the influence of work discipline, motivation and compensation on employee performance at PT. Univista Utama. The research methodology used is quantitative research using Quote Sampling Technique with a total of 79 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire processed using SPSS version 25. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Based on the partial research results that the work discipline variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Univista Utama with the results of t count 1.665) and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of t count> t table (5.828> 1.665). And simultaneously shows that the variables of work discipline, motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of f count > f table (152.293 > 2.73). Keywords: Work Discipline; Motivation; Compensation; Employee Performance. Abstrak: Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Univista Utama” merupakan hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Univista Utama. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Quote Sampling dengan jumlah 79 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa variabel disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Univista Utama dengan hasil t hitung < t tabel (-1.525 < 1,665), variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil t hitung > t tabel (8.618 > 1,665) dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil t hitung > t tabel (5.828 > 1,665). Dan secara simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil f hitung > f tabel (152,293 > 2,73).
