<![CDATA[The implementation of Numbered Head Together (NHT) technique through lesson study in teaching speaking for student of class XI IPA B at MA Miftahul Ulum Bettet, this study used descriptive qualitative method. the data was analyzed through:data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results, the implementation of the NHT technique through lesson study in teaching speaking that consists of plan, do, and see. There were 2 cycles in this research, where there was an increase the quality of teaching and learning, and the quality of teachers’ teaching competency that can fluence to the improvement of student speaking skill. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the implementation of NHT Technique Through Lesson Study Strategy in Teaching Speaking can increase the quality of teaching and learning, and the quality of teachers’ teaching competency that can fluence to the improvement of student speaking skill.]]>
