Entrepreneurship training for women is highly needed in the current digital era. Through training activities, women are expected to develop entrepreneurial skills and optimally utilize available technology. This community service activity aims to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of women in Cendana Village, Banjarnegara Regency, in order to achieve economic independence through training and mentoring of small-scale businesses based on local potential. This activity was implemented in response to the economic conditions of rural communities that still rely on traditional agricultural sectors and face limited knowledge and skills in managing independent businesses. The program was designed based on the results of field observations and preliminary interviews with village officials and members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) organization conducted in August 2025. The implementation method consisted of four stages: entrepreneurship socialization, training on social media account creation, digital marketing mentoring, and evaluation of the program outcomes. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills in processing local food products, developing attractive packaging, and promoting products through social media platforms and online marketplaces. In addition, participants showed motivation to establish a Joint Business Group (Kelompok Usaha Bersama/KUB) to produce and market village flagship products. This activity is expected to serve as a model for women’s economic empowerment based on local potential and digital technology in Banjarnegara Regency.
