Abstract

Talking about bullying and sexual violence for students should be a priority for all parties. Currently, bullying and sexual violence have become a hot topic of discussion in the world of education. The existence of cases of bullying and sexual violence that occur in schools makes us very concerned, of course this must be a big concern for all parties, how do we find out the causes and then find the best solution so that there are no more cases of bullying and sexual violence in students. Sexual violence refers to actions that involve the coercion of sexual harassment against someone. Bullying, or often called bullying, is an aggressive and repeated act committed by one individual or a group of individuals against act committed by one individual or a group of individuals against another, with the aim of hurting and degrading, or intimidating the victim. Sexual violence and bullying often occur in the school environment. Children and adolescents are vulnerable to being victims and perpetrators of these acts. Sexual violence and bullying in schools have a serious impact on victims. They can experience psychological trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, decreased academic performance, and even a high risk of suicide. Prevention of sexual violence and bullying in schools involves the cooperation of all school parties, namely between students, teachers, parents, school staff, and the community in the school. Prevention of sexual violence and bullying in schools is a shared responsibility to protect children and adolescents from physical and psychological harm. With the right education, social support and proactive measures, we can create a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment for all learners. It is also expected to increase the spirit of learning and improve students' achievement

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the Indonesian dialect used in Londo Kampung’s videos on viewers’ language attitudes, highlighting the interaction between local dialects and English in digital media. The urgency of this research lies in understanding how local linguistic identities adapt and persist in English-dominated communication contexts, an issue increasingly relevant in the globalized era. Using a qualitative research design, this study analyzes linguistic features in selected videos through Howard Giles’s Communication Accommodation Theory, focusing on how vocabulary and pronunciation are tailored to diverse audiences. The analysis reveals a pattern of convergence, where speakers adjust their language to align with interlocutors, fostering mutual understanding and enhancing audience engagement. These findings contribute to sociolinguistics by demonstrating how local dialects can thrive in global contexts while influencing perceptions of identity and language attitudes. Furthermore, this study provides a foundation for future research on multilingual interactions in digital media and the preservation of local languages in the face of globalization

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of strengthening the leadership of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah (Aswaja) in the context of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) cadre formation that is responsive to the challenges of the times. Aswaja's moderate and inclusive leadership is the main foundation in producing NU cadres who not only understand Islamic values in depth, but are also able to play an active role in various fields of social, political, and cultural life. With an approach based on the values of tawassuth (moderate), tasamuh (tolerant), tawazun (balanced), and i'tidal (fair), this article analyzes the strategy of strengthening leadership character and transforming cadre education that is visionary, adaptive, and effective. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature review and analysis of the thoughts of NU figures as a basis. The results of the study indicate that strengthening the identity of Aswaja and reformulating contextual cadre formation strategies are key steps in preparing the NU generation who are able to become future leaders who ground Islam rahmatan lil 'alamin

Abstract

TPQ merupakan salah satu bentuk pendidikan non-formal di tengah masyarakat. TPQ bukan hanya tempat untuk belajar membaca Al-Qur'an, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter religius anak sejak dini. Salah satunya adalah TPQ Nurul Hikmah di desa Gumelem Kulon, Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. TPQ Nurul Hikmah bukan hanya tempat untuk belajar Al-Qur'an, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter religius pada anak yang memberikan banyak program kegiatan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat berbagai kendala diantaranya yaitu kendala jumlah santri yang belum jelas karena terkadang tiba-tiba masuk dan terkadang tiba-tiba keluar begitu saja, ada yang pamit dan ada yang berhenti begitu saja, sehingga membuat keadaan terkadang menjadi kurang kondusif. Selain itu,sarana dan prasarana juga masih sangat minim.Namun demikian pengurus TPQ sudah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengatasi  kendala yang ada, yaitu dengan pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif dan mengadakan pertemuan rutin bagi para guru dan wali santri serta menggunakan secara maksimal sarana dan prasarana yang sudah ada. Dengan mengajarkan pendidikan agama sejak usia dini, anak-anak akan memiliki karakter religius dan akhlak yang baik. Pemberian bekal ilmu agama sejak dini ini merupakan awal yang baik bagi pertumbuhan moral anak.

Abstract

English is an international language used by major part of the people in the world, so to understand English-speaking, writing, listening and reading- for educated people is a must. Therefore the Indonesian government prepares and declares early in order that English must be taught since Elementary School as a local content. It is hoped that the children will more understand English when they continue their studies at Junior High School, Senior High School and even at University. Teaching English at Elementary school is difficult and unique because students still like playing and do not realize the importance of knowledge. Therefore, it needs competence teachers, suitable materials, method, strategy and media. Because of it, the researcher is interested to discuss it by choosing the title, “Teaching English to the Fourth-Class Students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al Fatah in the Village of Kedawung in the Subdistrict of Susukan in the County of Banjarnegara.” The researcher wants to know and to describe how the teacher teaches and what strategy, method and media she uses during the process of teaching and learning. The research is qualitative research in form of case study. The approach of the research is phenomenological approach in which the researcher observes the phenomena during the teaching of English and he then describes it. The data is in form of Teaching guideline and the facts happening in the classroom and the source of data is taken from the teacher and from the guide books. The method of research is descriptive-qualitative method meaning the researcher just describes his finding during the process of teaching-learning. The result of the research shows that teacher has taught the students well and successfully. She uses the method of Speech (Ceramah), Q and A /discussion and role play; applies Scientific Approach and Model of Discovery Learning; Uses learning media Guide book Grow with English, instrument of learning LCD Projector etc, and manages the class and time of learning well. Students are enthusiastic to join the lesson, motivated to train and do the homeworks and can understand the lesson optimally.

Abstract

Real work lectures were held in Karangasem Village, Kertanegara District, Purbalingga Regency for 40 days from 26 July to 7 September 2023. Karangasem Village was the selected village to be the target village for KKN. The wealth of village potential is one of the main objectives of implementing KKN to improve the quality of human resources (HR) and cultivate and develop local village potential. The process of initiating village observation KKN is to explore and identify village potential which is the main target in implementing KKN. These programs are designed sequentially, starting with discussions between the KKN group, village officials and the local community, especially those directly related to the program being designed. Implementation. The KKN program is implemented in a balanced manner, starting from planning, implementation and evaluation at the end of each program. The overall output of the KKN program includes community skills and supporting the development of human resources to increase the potential of local villages. Literacy programs are also implemented to develop quality human resources from an early age. In the MSME sector, digital marketing knowledge at the village level received active response and participation from residents of Karangasem Village, Kertanegara District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java.Keywords: KKN, Karangasem Village, Village Potential
