This study aims to analyze the effect of work flexibility on employee work culture through employee engagement at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero). This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to gain an in-depth understanding of employees’ experiences, perceptions, and interpretations regarding the implementation of work flexibility. The findings indicate that work flexibility has a positive impact on enhancing employee engagement, as reflected in increased sense of belonging, work motivation, and organizational commitment. Employee engagement serves as a mediating factor that strengthens the influence of work flexibility on employee work culture, particularly in terms of responsibility, trust-based discipline, collaboration, and performance orientation. This study concludes that the successful implementation of work flexibility is highly dependent on the level of employee engagement and managerial support in reinforcing organizational work culture values
