<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh program sentra ternak Dompet Dhuafa Riau yang beralamatkan di Desa Simpang Petai, Kec, Rumbio Jaya, Kab. Kampar. Program sentra ternak Dompet Dhuafa Riau ini memiliki tujuan untuk mensejahterakan para mustahik yang dimana mereka memiliki kemauan untuk mengembangkan usaha ternak namun mereka terkendala karena tidak memiliki modal atau biaya oleh karena itu program sentra ternak ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar. Rumusan masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana penerapan program sentra ternak Dompet Dhuafa Riau dalam mensejahterakan penerima manfaat? Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan program sentra ternak Dompet Dhuafa Riau? Bagaimana tinjauan fiqh muamalah pada penerapan program sentra ternak Dompet Dhuafa dalam mensejahterakan penerima manfaat? Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang dilakukan di Dompet Dhuafa Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik total sampling. Sumber data menggunakan data primer yaitu wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait. Data sekunder dari buku, karya ilmiah, dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data berupa metode deskritif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa program Dompet Dhuafa dari segi sentra ternak ini memang tujuannya untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan diberikan modal usaha juga diberikan pelatihan dengan itu maka dapat dikatakan sudah sesuai dan dapat mensejahterakan penerima manfaat. dari segi tinjauan fiqh muamalah bahwa program sentra ternak ada di dapat temuan bahwa belum sesuai dengan fiqh muamalah, dalam hitungan pengeluaran zakat ternak Ketika para penerima manfaat sudah berhasil dan hewan sampe nisab. Kata Kunci: fiqih muamalah, mensejahterakan, penerapan Abstract This research was motivated by the Dompet Dhuafa Riau livestock center program which is located at Simpang Petai Village, Kec, Rumbio Jaya, Kab. Kampar. The Dompet Dhuafa Riau livestock center program aims to improve the welfare of mustahik who have the desire to develop a livestock business but are constrained by not having the capital or costs, therefore this livestock center program aims to empower the surrounding community. The formulation of the problem examined in this research is: How is the implementation of the Dompet Dhuafa Riau livestock center program in improving the welfare of the beneficiaries? What factors support and inhibit the implementation of the Dompet Dhuafa Riau livestock center program? What is the view of muamalah fiqh on the implementation of the Dompet Dhuafa livestock center program in improving the welfare of the beneficiaries? This research is a type of field research conducted in Dompet Dhuafa Riau. The population in this study was 15 people. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique. The data source uses primary data, namely direct interviews with related parties. Secondary data from books, scientific works, documents related to research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Dompet Dhuafa program in terms of livestock centers is indeed aimed at improving the welfare of the community through empowerment provided with business capital and also provided with training, so it can be said that it is appropriate and can improve the welfare of the beneficiaries. From the perspective of muamalah fiqh, it was found that the livestock center program was not in accordance with muamalah fiqh, in calculating the expenditure of zakat on livestock when the beneficiaries were successful and the animals reached the nisab.
