This study examines how Transformational Leadership (X1), Individual Characteristics (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3), and Work Environment (X4) affect employee performance in the Alor Regency Department of Education. This research is quantitative. The Alor Regency Department of Education distributed questionnaires to staff to collect primary data. The study uses primary data from 57 people. The saturation sampling strategy yielded 57 employees. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis analyses data. The study found: (1) Transformational Leadership (X1) significantly impacts employee performance in the Department of Education of Alor Regency (p-value < 0.05). The significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that employee performance is significantly impacted by Individual Characteristics (X2). (3) Job Satisfaction (X3) significantly impacts employee performance (p-value < 0.05). (4) Work Environment (X4) does not affect employee performance (0.547 > 0.05). (5) At the Department of Education of Alor Regency, Transformational Leadership (X1), Individual Characteristics (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3), and Work Environment (X4) effect employee performance. This is supported by the F-test significance value of 0.001 (0.1%), which is lower than the alpha value of 0.05 (5%). (6) Transformational Leadership (X1), Individual Characteristics (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3), and Work Environment (X4) influence employee performance by 74.9%, while other factors influence the remaining 25.1%.
