The second and third trimesters of pregnancy are often accompanied by physical discomforts such as back pain and anxiety before childbirth. Prenatal yoga is an effective non-pharmacological intervention to improve physical fitness and mental balance for pregnant women. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge as well as the physical and mental readiness of pregnant women through education and prenatal yoga stimulation. The activity was carried out simultaneously in two locations: Klinik Pratama Polda Kaltara (Tarakan) and TPMB Eka Putri (Tanjung Selor) in December 2025. The targets were 10 pregnant women in their second and third trimesters. The methods included theoretical education, video tutorial demonstrations, and prenatal yoga practice (Warrior poses and relaxation). The evaluation was measured using pre-test and post-test instruments and testimonial interviews. The analysis showed a significant increase in knowledge; before the intervention, the majority of participants (80%) were in the "poorly understood" category, which increased to 100% in the "well understood" category after the intervention. Clinically, participants reported reduced back pain, feeling more relaxed, and increased confidence in facing labor. Prenatal yoga stimulation is effective in increasing the knowledge and physical and mental readiness of pregnant women. It is recommended for healthcare facilities to integrate prenatal yoga into routine Antenatal Care (ANC) services. Abstrak Kehamilan trimester II dan III sering disertai dengan ketidaknyamanan fisik seperti nyeri punggung dan kecemasan menjelang persalinan. Yoga prenatal merupakan salah satu intervensi non-farmakologis yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kebugaran fisik dan keseimbangan mental ibu hamil. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kesiapan fisik dan mental ibu hamil melalui edukasi dan stimulasi yoga prenatal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara serentak di dua lokasi, yaitu Klinik Pratama Polda Kaltara (Tarakan) dan TPMB Eka Putri (Tanjung Selor) pada Desember 2025. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 10 ibu hamil trimester II dan III. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi teori, demonstrasi video tutorial, dan praktik yoga prenatal (Warrior poses dan relaksasi). Evaluasi keberhasilan diukur menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test serta wawancara testimoni. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, di mana sebelum intervensi mayoritas peserta (80%) berkategori kurang mengerti, meningkat menjadi 100% berkategori sangat mengerti setelah intervensi. Secara klinis, peserta melaporkan berkurangnya keluhan nyeri punggung, perasaan lebih rileks, dan meningkatnya kepercayaan diri dalam menghadapi persalinan. Stimulasi yoga prenatal efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapan fisik maupun mental ibu hamil. Disarankan bagi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk mengintegrasikan yoga prenatal ke dalam layanan rutin Antenatal Care (ANC).
