Abstract

Student behavior reflects the educational process they receive, whether at school, family, or community. This study aims to analyze the collaborative role of schools, families, and communities in shaping positive student behavior. The method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) with the PRISMA protocol, examining 20 national and international journal articles published between 2020 and 2025. The study results indicate that student behavior is strongly influenced by the synergy between teachers, parents, and the social environment. Effective strategies include role models, habituation, effective communication, and extracurricular activities such as Scouting and youth mosque activities. Cross-sector collaboration has been proven to reduce juvenile delinquency, increase discipline, and shape students' character with integrity. The study's conclusions confirm that character education, implemented collaboratively and sustainably, can shape student behavior that is adaptive to the challenges of the times.
