Objectives: To examine the effects of Performance Measurement and Management (PMM) on Business Performance (BP) and Sustainability Performance (SP), with Supply-Side Governance (SSG) as a mediator. Methods: Quantitative research involving 150 respondents from three manufacturing firms in Cileungsi, analyzed using PLS-SEM. Research Gap/Novelty: Integrates performance measurement, supply-side governance, and business and sustainability outcomes within Indonesian manufacturing firms. Results: PMM significantly influenced BP but not SP directly. BP significantly affected SP, highlighting the importance of operational and financial stability. Conclusion: Firms should strengthen performance measurement and business performance before implementing sustainability initiatives
